| Biography | Done a fair few rides over the last 7 years and mainly road ride at the moment. Most notable ride was the Fred Whitton Round in the Lake District National park in England UK, this is 112 miles taking in all of the high road passes in the lakes 8 of notable merit. Eualing around 12000ft of Climbing in June 2014. I also did Cardiff to Caernarfon with a group of friends in under 13 hours cycling time not bad for 176miles ! | |||||||
