今日も高回転ペダリング。
サドルを1.5ミリ低く、前後位置を真ん中にしてみた。結構いい感じ。
前半は回復走という感じで、ギアをアウター×ロー2枚目。
後半は2枚目が軽すぎたので1枚重くしてケイデンスは落とさず回す。
まだ最高回転数は更新できていないが、あせらず高回転ペダリングを続けるつもり。
