ＧＷ最終日。結構すずしい日が続きました。
江ノ島は超満員。地元ナンバーが多かったな～ともに湘南の治安悪さを感じたｗ
一号も久しぶりに走った。相変わらず速い人いっぱいいますね～ついて行くのが楽しいです。往復ルートも結構時間かかるので早めに切り上げました。
夏になったら朝から走りにきたいなぁ

画像はサンプルです。後々上げます。 上りが苦手なので走るルートは坂道を避けて走っています。 しかし山などの登坂は好きです。 ルートの選定はRouteLabとGoogleEarth地形データを使い、フロントバックのPSPmaplusに出力して走っています。 The route which runs since he is poor at going up is avoiding　and running the slope. However, he likes mountain climbing. Selection of a route uses RouteLab and GoogleEarth geographical feature data, and is outputting and running them to the front back's PSPmaplus.
