This was a quick 22 miles after work. Nice evening for it and the gym seems to be paying off.
I have a few. The training logs that I will record here are for a Giant Defy1 (Blue). However, I will probably also use the Anthem or XTC (Sold my sole to Giant).

I enjoy both road and mountain biking and am a member of a local mtb club. I enjoy all aspects of cycling, including commuting, trail quests and events, with the occasional trail center visit or race.
