一番重いギア、アウター×トップを常用しての走行。
とりあえず重たいギアも回せるようになる練習。後半、南部のアップダウン地帯に入ってから、下りの勢いを利用して登ったりと楽しめた。が、120kmを超えたあたりで全然力が出ず。後半1時間は力不足を感じた。もちろん、重いギアも回せておらず、たんに無理やり踏んでる感じだ。おかげでダンシングの練習にはなったかな？
